- 4 tbsp date paste
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.125 tsp Ginger
- 0.125 tsp Turmeric
- pinch Cloves
- pinch Black pepper
- pecans, for topping

Directions

Preparation of Pumpkin Oatmeal
1. Combine plant milk, pumpkin puree, and date paste in your cup or bowl, mix to combine.
2. Add oats half at a time and mix.
3. Add spices, mix to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. The longer they sit the thicker they will be.
5. Top with chopped walnuts or pecans.
6. Optionally drizzle with date paste.
