You'll Need
- 1 lb Fettuccine
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 1 c pure, unflavored pumpkin purée
- 5 clove Garlic, finely minced
- 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp Sage
- 0.5 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 0.667 c Heavy cream
- 1 c reserved pasta water
- Parsley, to garnish

Steps for Cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, heavily salt it and cook the fettuccine till al dente.
2. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add your garlic and sauté it. Once fragrant add your cream, purée, nutmeg, sage and parmesan cheese and mix till smooth.
3. Add in your reserved pasta water until the sauce reaches a smooth and creamy consistency - I used about 1/4-1/2 a cup.
4. Add in your cooked fettuccine, toss well, and enjoy!
