Korean Hot Pot
- 2 pieces kimchi
- pork butt
- enoki mushroom
- firm tofu
- 6 cups water
- ramen broth packet
- ramen
- Scallions

1. Start layering 1 or 2 pieces of pork in between the kimchi. Work your way from the bottom to the top.
2. For each cabbage piece, cut it into thirds.
3. Cut tofu into mini squares and cut off the ends of enoki mushroom.
4. Add it all to a pot.
5. Boil water with a ramen packet (We used Shin Ramen Beef Bone Broth).
6. Once broth is hot, pour it over the nabe.
7. We initially ate it with rice, but please boil the leftover broth and ramen noodles with it afterwards. The best 🤤.
