- 1 Egg
- 4 Egg yolk
- 0.5 c Milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can Pumpkin Puree
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 0.25 c Sugar
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl combine eggs, all milks, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sugar and vanilla. Mix well and set aside.
2. In a sauce pan heat sugar and milk consistantly until it becomes an amber color, resembling caramel. Becareful not to burn the sugar.
3. Pour the caramalized sugar into the mold and move it around to coat the bottom of your mold.
4. Pour in your flan mixture on top of the caramel.
5. Create a waterbath for the flan by adding water to a large/deep baking tray and place your flan mold in the water bath.
6. Bake for 1hr and 30 min. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
7. To serve, flip your flan onto a dish and pour left over caramel onto the top of flan and enjoy!
