Puff Pastry Wreath Recipe (with Video)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Line a pan with parchment paper.
3. Cut the puff pastry into a giant circle.
4. Cut out a 4 inch circle in the middle.
Assembling the Wreath
1. Place slices of brie along the bottom layer of puff pastry.
2. Top each with jam.
3. Place the other puff pastry on top.
4. Crimp the edges with your fingers.
5. Top with melted butter or an egg wash.
6. Make cuts almost all the way into the wreath, but not all the way through.
7. Twist each piece.
Baking and Garnishing
1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly golden on top.
2. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
