Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs skirt steak
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp salt, pepper, garlic seasoning
- 5 Provolone cheese slices
- 1 c mixed color bell peppers
- 0.5 Sweet onion, sliced
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 3 c Canola oil
- 1 c water
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil

Directions

Preparing the Steak and Vegetables
1. Slice your skirt steak against the grain and then cut into cubes.
2. In a bowl, add steak, Worcestershire, seasoning and mix well.
3. In a skillet set to medium heat, add avocado oil.
4. Once the oil is hot, add mixed peppers and onions. Season your peppers and onions with a little bit more garlic seasoning.
5. Cook your onions and peppers until they are a little bit soft, then add in your skirt steak.
6. Cook your skirt steak until it is brown.
7. Add your provolone cheese and mix all together.
8. Once everything is melted and combined, set aside and let cool for at least 30 minutes before you add it to your egg roll wrappers.
Preparing the Egg Rolls
1. Take your egg roll wrappers and separate them. You can double up your wrappers or do singles.
2. Place some of your mixture in the middle. Wet the edges and fold and roll until fully sealed.
3. Seal the edges with a little bit of extra water.
Frying the Egg Rolls
1. Heat your canola oil to 350° F.
2. Once you have four or five egg rolls finished, place them into your hot oil.
3. Place the egg rolls into the oil seam side down first and then rotate once they're golden brown on each side.
4. Once your egg rolls are golden brown, remove them from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
Serving
1. Serve hot and enjoy!
