Ingredients

Banana Bread
- 3 Bananas, very ripe medium
- 2 Large eggs
- 0.5 c Maple syrup, pure maple syrup OR sugar-free syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar, packed
- 1.5 c gluten free self-rising flour
- 0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 0.5 cup pecans, cookie pieces or chopped small
- 0.5 cup plant butter

Directions

Preparation
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In your stand mixer using your paddle attachment, mix together bananas, eggs, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, & melted butter on medium until smooth.
3. Add dry ingredients including 1/4 cup pecans to stand mixer & mix completely.
4. Grab two donut pans, spray with non-stick spray and sprinkle in 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
5. Scoop Pecan Banana Bread mix into pans.
6. Bake for 12-18 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
7. Let donuts cool in pan for a few minutes and remove.
