Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe (with Video)

Preparation
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F or 325°F on convection.
Sifting Dry Ingredients
1. Sift together your baking powder and your flour.
Creaming Butter and Sugars
1. Cream together your butter and sugars in a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Adding Peanut Butter
1. Add in the peanut butter and mix for an additional 2 minutes.
Adding Egg and Vanilla
1. Add in the egg and the vanilla and beat until it's fully incorporated and nice and smooth.
Mixing Dry Ingredients
1. Add your dry ingredients and then beat until you have a cookie dough. Don't over mix.
Baking
1. Roll the cookie dough into 1.5 inch balls and place up to 9 on a baking sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes. Let fully cool on the baking sheet before removing.
