Peach Filling
- 8 peaches, ripe (or 4 cans of sliced peaches)
- 0.25 c White sugar
- 0.25 c Brown sugar
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.125 tsp Nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp Lemon juice, fresh
- 2 tsp Corn starch
- 1 c Flour
- 0.25 c White sugar
- 0.25 c Brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Butter, UNSALTED
- 0.25 c water, hot or boiling
- 4 tbsp cinnamon sugar

1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Mix together peaches, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
3. Place in baking tray and pop in oven for 10 minutes.
Making the Topping
1. Mix together flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt.
2. Once mixed, add your butter and cut it in using a fork or pastry cutter.
3. Stir in hot water and then scoop clumps onto the peaches & coat with cinnamon sugar topping.
4. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
5. Serve immediately with or without ice cream.
