Brussel Sprouts
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 1.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 0.5 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 3 tbsp Oil, olive oil
- 0.667 c Parmesan cheese, freshly grated and more for topping

Preparation Steps
1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Add your sprouts to a large bowl, cover with 2 tbsp oil & stir to coat them all evenly.
3. Put all your seasonings into the bowl with sprouts and mix well.
4. Get a non-stick baking sheet and oil it up & put in your sprouts and spread them out evenly.
5. Evenly spread out all your cheese across the sprouts and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until lightly charred.
6. Top with some more cheese and serve!
