- 5 Eggs
- 1 c Sugar, 3/4 for yolks, 1/4 for whites
- 0.333 c Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c Flour
- 2 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Milk Mixture
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Matcha powder
Topping
- Matcha powder
- whipped cream

Directions

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix 3 milks and matcha powder in a bowl and set in the fridge.
3. Separate egg whites from egg yolks into 2 bowls.
4. Whip the egg whites until foamy and add in 1/4 cup of sugar, whip until it forms soft peaks.
5. In the other bowl mix egg yolks and the remaining sugar until light yellow, add in milk and vanilla and whisk.
6. Sift flour, baking powder and matcha powder.
7. Fold in the egg white mixture into the other bowl and make sure not to over mix.
8. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 min.
9. Once cooled poke holes into cake and pour the milk mixture all over the cake and top with whipped cream, a dust of matcha powder and strawberries.
10. Serve chilled.
