Mango Chia Pudding
- 0.667 c Chia seeds
- 1 c Yogurt, protein
- 1 can Coconut cream, can sub for heavy cream and coconut milk
- 2 c mangos
- granola
- Shredded coconut, for topping

Directions

1. In bowl combine chia seeds, yogurt, and coconut cream. Mix well until combined.
2. In your jars or meal prep containers, layer some mangos at the bottom, add in chia seed pudding mixture, more mango and top it off with granola and shredded coconut.
3. Refrigerate for at least one hour before enjoying. Store for up to 5 days for breakfast meal prep.
