Ingredients

Spring Rolls
- 1 lb ground pork or chicken
- 0.25 Onion
- 0.5 large carrot
- 3 clove Garlic
- 0.5 ginger knob
- 0.25 c Cilantro
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 Egg
- 25 spring roll wrappers
- 2 c frying oil

Directions

Preparing the Filling
1. Add onions, carrots, ginger, garlic, and cilantro to a food processor.
2. Blend until all ingredients are finely diced.
3. In a large bowl, add ground pork or chicken, blended vegetable mixture, kosher salt, black pepper, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg.
4. Mix together until combined making sure not to over mix.
Wrapping the Spring Rolls
1. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling to the upper part of the spring roll wrap.
2. Fold the upper edge over covering the filling and start to roll away from you.
3. Halfway, fold the outside edges inwards and continue to roll.
4. Seal the end with water and set aside and continue until filling is gone.
Frying the Spring Rolls
1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees F.
2. Carefully place spring rolls in oil 5-6 at a time and fry for 5-7 min until golden brown and crispy.
3. Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain.
