- chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 c sticky rice
- 1 c jasmine rice
- 2 c Chicken stock
- 2 c water, from boiling the chicken
- 1 Onion
- 1 garlic bulb
- 2 pieces of ginger
- water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fish sauce
- water
Garnish
- Lime
- fried garlic
- air fried tofu
- Scallions
- boiled egg
- Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp

Directions

1. Boil the chicken for about 15 minutes until slightly cooked.
2. Pat dry and dice the chicken into cubes.
3. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger in a pot.
4. Add in the chicken and rice (Make sure to wash the rice).
5. Season with salt, pepper, and fish sauce.
6. Add the 4 cups of liquid. Make sure you keep stirring for 45 minutes - 1 hour and adding more water. This allows the rice to fully cook and not to clump up.
7. Garnish with fried garlic, scallions, egg, tofu, lime, and chili oil.
8. Enjoy!
