- 5 clove Garlic
- 0.5 White onion
- Black pepper
- pork belly
- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Fish sauce
- 6 c pork broth
- miki noodles
- water, + cornstarch
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- chicharon
- red onions
- pork belly
- Scallions
- Egg, soft/hard boiled
- Garlic, fried

1. Dice onion and mince garlic.
2. Add oil to a pot and fry garlic until lightly browned.
3. After that, add onions and pork belly.
4. Season with black pepper, soy sauce, and fish sauce.
5. Pour in pork broth or water + pork cube (depending on what you have at home).
6. Cover and bring to a boil.
7. Add in miki noodles and lower heat.
8. Pour in cornstarch and water slurry and mix.
9. Beat 2 eggs and incorporate into the pot while constantly stirring.
10. Cut scallions for garnish and pork belly.
11. Assemble with pork belly, chicaron, red onions, scallions, egg, and fried garlic.
12. Serve with soy sauce dipping sauce and enjoy!
