- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 Garlic cloves, Minced
- 0.25 c Onions, Diced
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- salt and pepper, To taste
- Fresh parsley, For garnish
- old bay seasoning
- 0.25 c Celery, Diced

1. Remove shell from lobster tails. Clean thoroughly and place on cookie sheet or baking pan. Coat evenly with garlic butter sauce. (Use half of the garlic and butter to make garlic butter sauce. Save the rest of garlic and butter for later.)
2. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes depending on size. Be sure not to overcook lobster.
3. Remove lobster meat from shell and chop into small pieces.
4. In a skillet, add remaining butter, onion, garlic, celery and cook for a few minutes.
5. Add lobster meat and season to taste with Old Bay seasoning.
6. Load lobster meat onto a brioche hoagie roll and garnish with fresh parsley.
