- 2 Chicken breast, whole
- 2 tbsp BBQ rub seasoning
- 1 c BBQ sauce
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 jalapeños
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped for topping
- Sour cream, for topping
- Cheddar cheese, shredded for topping
- Cilantro, for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Season chicken breast with BBQ Rub.
3. Bake chicken breast for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove from the oven and add BBQ Sauce.
4. Once you have added your BBQ sauce, place the chicken back into the oven to finish cooking.
5. Continue baking chicken breast until done (165°).
6. Let your chicken cool a bit and then shred your chicken with 2 forks.
7. Add more BBQ sauce to your chicken and mix well.
8. In a cast iron skillet or a baking sheet layer the tortillas chips, chicken and cheese.
9. Place back in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
10. Remove from the oven, and add sour cream, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeños.
11. Enjoy!!
