Gnocchi or Pasta
- 0.5 stick Butter
- 1 Lemon, zested
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp Mascarpone
- 0.333 c Cream
- 0.5 c Parmigiano reggiano
- 0.25 c pesto
- 8 oz gnocchi

1. Add butter to pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add zest of 1 lemon and stir to combine, letting simmer for a minute.
3. Add cream and whisk into lemon butter.
4. Add Mascarpone, and whisk into sauce until creamy.
5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly.
6. Whisk into sauce juice from 1 lemon, parmesan, salt and pepper.
7. Gently add in cooked pasta.
8. Add pasta water and let simmer for another minute.
9. Add pesto dollops and lightly swirl around sauce.
10. Top with more parmigiano and enjoy.
