Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt
- 2 c Flour
- 1 c Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 c Honey
- 0.25 c Hot sauce
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 5 c Canola oil

Preparing the Chicken
1. After you have cleaned and pat dried your chicken.
2. Add as much lemon pepper seasoning as you would like, as well as kosher salt and cayenne pepper.
3. Toss your wings and set aside.
Preparing the Coating
1. In a separate bowl, add flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
2. Along with lemon pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, and kosher salt.
3. Mix that together well.
Coating the Chicken
1. Once your wings have set for about 30 minutes, toss them into your flour coating.
2. Set them aside and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Frying the Chicken
1. While your wings are resting, heat your oil to 350 F.
2. Once your oil is hot, fry your wings until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 F.
3. Set them aside on a wire rack.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a saucepan add butter, hot sauce, honey, lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning.
2. Mix together until bubbly.
Coating the Chicken with Sauce
1. Pour your sauce over your wings and toss until coated.
