- 2 pounds Chicken cubes
- 2 cups Green onions, cut
- 4 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp Paprika, smoked
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp water
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Fried egg

1. Chop green onion. Take two bowls and separate green parts from white parts.
2. Then cube the bell pepper.
3. Now combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl of cubed chicken (I used leg & thigh meat).
4. Mix it well then set it aside.
1. Heat a wok and add 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
2. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens.
3. Then add chopped bell pepper.
4. Next add the sesame oil.
5. Now take a small frying pan and add a tbsp of oil to it.
6. Now add white parts of green onion and chopped garlic while oil is hot.
7. Add that to the wok.
8. Fry.
1. Take desired amount of freshly cooked jasmine rice and cover it with Gochujang chicken.
2. Add a fried egg for extra protein and sprinkle with some chopped green onions & toasted sesame seeds.
