Macaroni Pasta
- 8 oz macaroni pasta
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.25 c Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 c kimchi
- 0.25 c kimchi juice
- 0.25 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c whole milk
- 1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- Scallions

Cooking the macaroni
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the sauce
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add gochujang, chopped kimchi, and kimchi juice.
3. Add flour and stir to mix well.
4. Slowly add milk and whisk to avoid lumps.
5. Reduce heat to low.
6. Add the cheese, stir until melted.
7. Season the sauce with garlic powder and black pepper.
Combining and garnishing
1. Add the cooked macaroni to the mixture.
2. Stir until the macaroni is evenly coated.
3. Garnish with chopped green onions.
