- 1 tbsp Rosemary, or Italian herb
- 3 Bay leaves
- 200 g Tomato paste
- 1.5 L Chicken stock

Prepare Chicken Broth
1. Prepare chicken broth the night before, this is optional!
Prepare Beef and Vegetables
1. Prepare the beef and vegetables.
Cooking the Beef
1. Set the instant pot setting to "Sauté".
2. Add some vegetable oil and start by cooking the beef, add salt and pepper.
3. Set aside.
Cooking the Rest of the Ingredients
1. Add in garlic and onion and cook for a couple minutes.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, including the beef and chicken stock.
Pressure Cook
1. Pressure cook for 40 minutes.
2. Season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
3. Easy, right?!
