Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp Salt Pepper and garlic seasoning
- 4 c Canola oil
- 2 c Flour
- 1 c Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Seasoning blend
- 1 tbsp Salt Pepper and garlic seasoning
- 0.5 stick Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 0.25 c Hot sauce

Preparing the Chicken and Frying Oil
1. Heat your frying oil to 350F.
2. While your oil is heating, prepare your chicken.
3. Season the wings in a bowl and set aside.
4. In a bowl mix together flour, cornstarch, creole seasoning and salt pepper garlic mix.
5. Coat the wings in the flour dredge mixture.
6. In a skillet or Dutch oven fry the wings in the canola oil. This will take about 12 minutes.
Creating the Sauce
1. While you are frying the wings, create your sauce.
2. In a saucepan on medium heat melt the butter and add the brown sugar, continuing to stir.
3. Once the sugar has dissolved add the lemon juice, hot sauce and honey.
4. Let the sauce cook until bubbly.
Final Steps
1. Place your cooked wings into a bowl and top with your sauce.
2. Coat all your wings with the sauce and Enjoy!
