Ingredients

Noodles
- 3 bundles HK Style Thin Egg Noodles
- 2 c Bean Sprout
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Green onion, 2” strips
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Sauce
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water and drain.
2. Cut the green onion into roughly 2 inch pieces.
3. Mix the soy sauces, sugar, oyster sauce, and water in a small bowl and set aside.
Boiling the Noodles
1. Boil the noodles for around 2 minutes.
2. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
Cooking the Dish
1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
2. Add the minced garlic, bean sprout and white parts of the green onion. Cook for around 30 seconds.
3. Next, add the noodles to the wok and toss them well.
4. Add the soy sauce mixture and toss continuously for a couple minutes.
Final Steps
1. After the noodles are golden brown, add the rest of the green onion and sesame oil and toss the mixture again for another 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Top with some sesame seeds.
