- 1 Baguette, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 ripe peaches
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Ricotta, or cream cheese
- 3 oz Prosciutto
- Balsamic glaze
- 0.333 cup Fresh basil, thinly sliced

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Lay baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush each side with a thin layer of olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
3. In a large non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Lay peach slices in a single layer in the pan then evenly drizzle honey and ground cinnamon over them.
4. Once the peach slices are soft, toss them in the pan a few times to ensure they are evenly coated with honey and cinnamon. Turn off the heat and set them aside.
Assemble the Crostini
1. Spread about 1 tablespoon of ricotta or cream cheese on each slice of bread. Top it with a slice of prosciutto and a couple slices of prepared honey peach slices.
2. Drizzle some balsamic glaze over the top and garnish with a little bit of basil.
3. Serve & enjoy.
