- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 Yellow onion
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Fresh ginger
- 3 Star anise
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
- 3 Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon sticks
- 5 Cloves
- 2 tbsp chicken bullion
- 4 c Chicken Broth
- 2 c Water
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
Toppings
- Fresh cilantro
- Green onion
- Bean sprouts
- Basil
Sauces
- Hoison sauce
- siracha

Directions

1. Rough chop onion, shallot, garlic, ginger and allow to cook in avocado oil to get charred.
2. Add cloves, star anise, peppercorns and cinnamon stick until fragrant.
3. Shred Rotisserie chicken and add carcass to pot with chicken broth and water.
4. Allow broth to come to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Cook rice noodles according to package.
6. Drain broth from all contents until you are left clear broth.
7. Assemble plate with noodles, shredded chicken, cilantro, bean sprouts, green onions and basil.
8. Top with broth and enjoy!
