- 2 24oz cans evaporated milk
- 0.333 10oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 4 cardamom pods
- saffron strands
- 1 bread slice
- 1 tbsp Almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp Pistachios, chopped

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Crack the cardamom. Remove the pod and crush the seeds.
2. In the same mortar, roughly chop almonds and pistachios. Set it aside.
3. Now break apart 1 slice of bread (cut the crust off). You can add 1 more slice if you want the consistency to be thicker.
4. Saffron is an important ingredient to give that authentic flavor and aroma.
Blending and Freezing
1. Time to add all the ingredients in the blender.
2. Add crushed nuts on the top of the mold before placing in the stick.
