Ingredients

Chicken Mixture
- 2 packs ground chicken
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 2 slices Kings Hawaiian bread
Flour Mixture
- 2 c All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
Frying Mixture
- 1 Egg
- 1 bottle Club soda
- Oil, for frying

Directions

Prepare the nugget mixture
1. Divide your seasonings into two separate bowls.
2. In a large bowl, add the chicken, the milk soaked bread, and half of the seasonings.
3. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the flour mixture
1. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
2. Take about a tablespoon of your nugget mixture and add it to the flour, cornstarch, baking powder combo.
Form the nuggets
1. Form your nuggets into shapes and do this until all of your nuggets are formed.
2. Place your nuggets separated from one another on a parchment lined baking sheet into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Prepare the cooking oil
1. In a large pot, add your cooking oil and heat to 325 degrees.
Prepare the batter
1. In a large bowl, add remaining flour, seasonings, egg, hot sauce, and stir in your club soda until you form a batter that’s not too thick and not too thin.
Fry the nuggets
1. Dunk the nuggets into the batter and straight into your oil.
2. Fry 2-3 minutes until it’s somewhat light and remove. Do this in batches.
Final frying
1. Once the first batches are done, crank the heat to 350.
2. Add the nuggets back and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
1. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces!
