- Pepper
- 5 clove Garlic, sliced
- 0.5 c hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Canola oil

Preparing the Skillet and Steak
1. In a skillet set to medium high heat and add canola oil.
2. Season your steak with salt and pepper.
3. Once your skillet is hot add your steak.
4. Sear your steak on one side and then flip and sear for 2 minutes.
Adding the Garlic and Hoisin Glaze
1. At this point add garlic and cook until fragrant.
2. Add hoisin glaze to your steak and finish basting until cooked to your preferred liking.
Resting and Serving the Steak
1. Let your steak rest before slicing and serving.
