Ingredients

- 3 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 Tbs Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 Tbs Old-style dijon mustard
- 0.25 tsp Dried oregano
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 4 Heirloom tomatoes
- 1 Baguette, quartered
- 2 Tbs Mayonnaise
- 16 Basil leaves

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, garlic powder, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper, and whisk until fully incorporated. Add the tomato slices and completely coat with the vinaigrette.
2. Cut the baguette in half and lightly toast. Place the tomato slices with the basil on top, add some cheese if you want. Baste with some more vinaigrette and close.
3. Share and enjoy.
