Banana Bread
- 6 pieces Bananas, ripe
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c Coconut sugar, or date sugar
- 0.25 c Milk, or mylk
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c Almond flour
- 1 c oat flour

1. Preheat air fryer to 285° F or 140°C.
2. In a large bowl, mash bananas using a fork or wooden spatula.
3. Add oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut sugar, vegan milk, and stir until combined.
4. Add the baking powder and baking soda and 1/3 of the flours.
5. Stir and repeat until you run out of flour.
6. Add to small loaf pans lined with parchment paper.
7. Cook for 20 minutes.
8. Cool and enjoy.
