- 1 c Coconut sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 0.5 c Coconut oil, melted
- 1 c dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 0.25 c tapioca flour
- Chocolate chips, to garnish
- sea salt, for garnish

1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line an 8 inch by 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Mixing the Ingredients
1. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs and coconut sugar.
2. Use a hand mixer to beat together for 2 to 3 minutes, until light and frothy.
Melting the Chocolate
1. In a skillet over low heat, add melted coconut oil and chocolate chips.
2. Stir constantly until fully melted and creamy. Or, microwave in 30 second increments.
Combining the Ingredients
1. Pour melted chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Add in vanilla, cocoa powder and tapioca flour.
4. Stir to combine.
Baking the Brownies
1. Pour batter into the lined baking pan.
2. Dot with extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
3. Bake for 24 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
Final Steps
1. Finally, remove from oven.
2. Garnish with sea salt if desired.
3. Allow brownies to cool before slicing into.
