1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to taste. Add in cauliflower rice.
3. Shape the seasoned ground chicken mixture into nugget-sized pieces.
4. Dip each chicken nugget into beaten egg, then coat with seasoned panko.
5. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping midway through.
6. While the chicken nuggets are cooking, prepare the Alexia fries according to the package instructions.
7. In a separate bowl, mix together lettuce, tomato, and cucumber for the salad base.
To Serve
1. Serve the air fryer chicken nuggets and Alexia fries in a bowl alongside the salad.
2. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce and serve with white sauce from @nycsauces.
3. Enjoy.
