- 4 Shallots, or 1 large onion
- 2 handfuls Spinach
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 4 c bone broth
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 1 can Lentils
- 1 c water
Seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Curry powder
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 0.5 tsp Basil
- ground pepper

Instructions
1. Chop all the veggies and add all the ingredients to a large pot, minus lentils and lemon juice.
2. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Stir in lemon and lentils, enjoy!
