- 2 lb tilapia fillets
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun rub
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil

- 4 large Idaho potatoes
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 0.25 cup Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Milk
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- chicken gravy mix
- 1 head of broccoli

Directions

Instructions for preparing the fish
1. Cut the fish into 1- 1 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Sprinkle the rub evenly.
3. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
4. Grill the tilapia in a tablespoon of olive oil.
5. Add more as you go.
Instructions for preparing the potatoes
1. Boil the potatoes (with peeled garlic cloves) until fork tender.
2. Drain and mash.
3. Add cream and milk and mix well.
4. Also add salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions for preparing the gravy
1. Cook the gravy as the packet suggests.
2. We like it runny but cook longer if you prefer the consistency to be thicker.
Instructions for preparing the broccoli
1. Steam the broccoli with 1/4 cup water.
