Shrimp Ingredients
- 0.5 lb Shrimp, deveined & peeled
- Garlic powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Sesame oil
- 0.333 c Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Honey
- Fresh garlic

Directions for Shrimp
1. Wash shrimp and pat dry.
2. Season shrimp with all seasonings and just a few dashes of sesame oil.
3. Season cornstarch with garlic powder, cayenne, and black pepper.
4. Dip shrimp in egg wash, then cornstarch and set to the side.
5. Get a pan nice and hot with oil and fry the shrimp for about 1 minute on each side, or until golden brown.
Directions for Sauce
1. On low heat add gochujang, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce.
2. Cook until gochujang breaks down with the liquid.
3. Add fresh garlic then add honey.
4. Cook for about 30 seconds to a minute then pour sauce over shrimp.
