Tapioca Pearls and Fruits
- 1 c sago (tapioca pearls)
- water, for boiling
- 1 can grass jelly
- mango, ripe, cubed
- Strawberries, fresh, hulled and sliced
- dragon fruit
- choice of milk: oat milk, coconut milk, milk tea, etc

Preparing the Sago
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the sago and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally. This should take about 15-20 minutes.
3. Drain the cooked sago and rinse it under cold running water to remove excess starch. Set it aside.
Assembling the Grass Jelly Fruit Bowl
1. In a shallow bowl, add the grass jelly, mango, strawberries, dragon fruit, and sago.
2. Pour milk over the mixture, adding as much or as little as you prefer.
3. Gently mix all the ingredients together.
4. Serve the grass jelly fruit bowl chilled.
