Rice Preparation
- 3 c cooked rice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
Eggs
- 2 Eggs
Tuna Mix
- 1 canned tuna
- 4 tbsp mayo
- Black pepper
- Salt

Directions

Cooking the rice
1. Cook the white rice, then add sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and salt and mix together.
Preparing the filling
1. To make the filling, combine tuna with mayo and black pepper. Adjust the mayo depending on how creamy you like it.
Assembling the onigiri
1. To assemble the onigiri, start by running your hands under water, this will prevent the rice from sticking to your hands.
2. Grab roughly 1/2 cup of sushi rice and press into an oval shape.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of tuna filling, and close the rice over the filling to form a ball.
4. Gently shape the rice ball into a wide triangular shape using the palm of your hand.
Preparing the egg mix
1. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and a pinch of salt.
Cooking the onigiri
1. Dip the onigiri in the egg mix and cook on a pan over low heat.
2. Cook on all sides until the egg is cooked.
Wrapping the onigiri
1. Wrap each onigiri in a nori sheet.
