Pasta
- 5 oz Pasta, your choice
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp Gochugaru
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 0.25 c parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Directions

Boiling the Pasta
1. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the pasta until al dente following package instructions, about 11-12 minutes.
2. Strain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
2. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add gochujang and mix well.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and Gochugaru, combining everything thoroughly.
Combining Pasta and Sauce
1. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated.
2. Turn off the heat, add parmesan, and give it one last mix.
Garnishing
1. Garnish with cilantro.
