- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 0.25 c Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- noodles
- Sesame oil
- Green onions, for topping
- toasted sesame seeds

1. Cook noodles and set to the side.
2. Add 2 tbsp of oil (I used vegetable) to a sauce pan on medium-low heat.
3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat & add noodles, gochugaru powder, sesame oil & mix well.
5. Add toppings of your choice and serve hot.
