- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 3 Bay leaf
- 3 Star anise
- 6 Black Cardamom
- 1 Mace
- 1 tbsp Black Peppercorn
- 10 Green Cardamom
- 1 Nutmeg, small piece
- 10 Cloves
- 3 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds

1. Heat a pan and roast the whole spices for 2-3 minutes until a little smoky.
2. Add that to a grinder (I have an inexpensive coffee grinder that I strictly use it for garam masala).
3. Once it’s in a powder form, add it to an air tight container so it can stay fresh for longer.
4. Enjoy!
