Fudgy Pink Brownie Recipe (with Video)

Preparing the batter
1. In a bowl, add eggs, yolk, and sugar. Mix until pale and fluffy.
2. In a small bowl, add butter and white chocolate. Melt in the microwave or double boiler.
3. Add the melted mixture to the egg. Mix until combined.
4. Add rose water and food color. Mix until combined.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking powder).
6. Add the dry mix into the wet mixture.
7. Mix until combined and no lumps are seen. Do not overmix.
Baking and serving
1. Bake at 165°C for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs or clean.
2. Let it cool a bit and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
3. Cut, dust icing sugar (optional), and enjoy!
