- 1 c Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 0.5 c White granulated sugar
- 1.5 c Cold Water
- 6 c Vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Add lemon juice and sugar into the blender. Mix together lemon juice and sugar in the blender with a silicone utensil for about 1 minute to dissolve sugar in lemon juice. If you use the blender to blend lemon juice & sugar, be sure to blend on low to not heat up lemon juice.
2. Next, add in cold water. Then, add in ice cream.
3. Blend ingredients all together until fully combined and smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
