Ingredients

Salsa
- 3 Tomatoes, medium, roughly diced and stems removed
- 0.5 Red onion, roughly diced
- 1 Avocado, cubed
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 handful Cilantro, roughly chopped
- 0.5 tsp Salt, more to taste
- 0.5 tsp Oregano, pinch
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- 0.5 tsp Cumin

Directions

Chop
1. Roughly chop tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
2. Cut Avocado into small cubes and set aside.
Blend
1. Add all ingredients except the avocado to your blender or food processor.
2. Blend in a pulsing manner for a couple of seconds (count to 3 check on the texture and repeat until onion and tomato are crushed into small pieces, but before they turn into one liquid sauce).
Serve & Store
1. Pour the mixture onto a deep plate or bowl, now add in diced avocado and gently mix.
2. Serve with your favorite dish or enjoy with tortilla chips.
3. You can eat this Salsa straightaway or keep refrigerated for a couple of hours.
4. Consume within 1-2 days.
