Watermelon Dessert
- 45 g glutinous rice flour
- 10 g Corn starch
- 30 g Sugar
- 90 g watermelon juice
- 10 g Butter

Watermelon Juice Preparation
1. Blend watermelon flesh without seeds.
2. Filter and extract the juice.
Mochi Dough Preparation
1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn flour, sugar, and the juice.
2. Mix until combined and transfer to a pan.
3. Add butter; mix and cook on low heat until a soft dough is formed.
Mochi Assembly
1. Dust corn flour on a clean surface.
2. Divide the mochi and flatten it.
3. Add a watermelon piece in the middle and cover it.
4. Pinch the mochi together and cut off the excess.
5. Dust corn flour to prevent sticking.
6. Enjoy!
