Ingredients

Wraps and Fillings
- 8 wraps
- 3 Bell peppers, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Avocados, small cubes
- 1 Tomato, small cubes
- 1 bag nachos
- 100 g Cheese, grated, easy to melt, like mozzarella or plant-based alternative
Spice Mix
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp chili or cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Spicy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha
Beans
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 large can Black beans

Directions

Sauce
1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha.
Pepper mix
1. Fry sliced onions and peppers in a skillet with oil.
2. Add spice mix and a sip of water.
3. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until softened.
4. If it gets too dry, add another sip of water.
Beans
1. In a small pot, fry garlic in some olive oil and add beans until heated up.
Assemble
1. Layer beans, peppers, cheese, nachos, spicy sauce, avocado, and tomato on top of the larger tortilla wrap.
2. Cover the filling with the smaller tortilla, and fold in the edges in a circular motion.
Bake
1. Fry the folded side first on medium heat until browned (about 2 minutes), this should maintain the shape.
2. Then flip over and brown the other side.
3. Enjoy!
