- 6 c water
- 1 tbsp Hondashi
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 0.333 c miso paste
- 1 Ginger, sliced, 1 inch knob
- 12 frozen dumplings
- chili oil
- Scallions

1. Add the water to a pot and place on the stove on medium high heat.
2. Add the Hondashi through lemon juice and then add the miso paste by passing through a fine strainer to break up clumps.
3. Add the ginger and bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes before removing the ginger.
4. Prepare dumplings according to the package.
5. Add dumplings to a bowl with the broth and top with chili oil and scallions.
