- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 c luke warm milk

Directions

Preparing the batter
1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. The batter should be liquid but not too runny.
3. Add a tablespoon of more flour if that's the case.
Cooking the crepe
1. Heat a flat pan and pour a small amount of batter on a non-greased non-stick pan.
2. Now spread it around by moving the pan in a circular motion.
3. Once it's spread evenly, let it cook for 2-3 minutes on medium to low flame.
4. Flip it and repeat.
Serving the crepe
1. Let it become lukewarm before spreading Nutella.
2. You can add fruits of your choice.
3. Enjoy!
