Ingredients

- 450 g Chicken breasts, or thighs, in strips
- 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 0.5 cup Dried peas, cooked in water
- 0.5 Onion, sliced
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 Tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 Tbs Mixed sesame seeds
- Fresh black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In a wok or wide saucepan, heat the oil and add the onion and bell peppers. Stir fry them for a few seconds until they start to soften. Add the chicken and peas. Season with soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil. Keep moving until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
2. Serve in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds.
3. Share and enjoy.

1. You can replace the chicken with mushrooms for a high-protein, rich and vegetarian dish.
