- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne, for spicy
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, to fry
BBQ Sauce
- 0.5 c BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
Garlic Butter
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Parsley, chopped fresh
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 12 Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 0.75 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.75 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1. Before getting started, pre-heat the oven to 350F (conventional).
Chicken Preparation
1. You can skip this step if you are using pre-cooked shredded chicken.
2. Rub the salt and spices on the chicken tenders.
3. Pan fry in the olive oil until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on both sides.
4. Rest for 5 minutes, then chop up into small chunks.
BBQ Chicken Filling Preparation
1. Return the chopped chicken to the pan on low heat.
2. Add the sauces and mayo and toss to combine. Remove from heat.
3. Taste and adjust flavors as you like.
Garlic Butter Preparation
1. Mix the parsley and garlic powder in the softened butter.
1. Slice the Hawaiian Rolls into half horizontally without separating the rolls.
2. On the bottom half, layer half of the cheese, the BBQ chicken filling, and the other half of the cheese.
3. Press down lightly, then cover with the top half of the rolls.
4. Generously brush the garlic butter over the rolls.
1. Place the rolls in the oven and bake until the cheese melts, about 7-10 minutes.
2. Serve while still warm, and enjoy!
